The E4 pre-filtering station is larger than the E1 model.
It features a 52cm-long wound-wire filter that keeps water free of suspended particles, and a high-performance double activated carbon filter that absorbs up to 99% of chlorine, organic contaminants, pesticides, solvents, and disinfection byproducts from chlorine and other chemicals.
A quick-connect fitting allows for easy insertion of the water supply hose, and a flexible hose leading out of the station connects to the demineralizer.
