Forklift battery drainers
The SW series emptying devices have been designed to perform maintenance operations on storage batteries.
In particular, they allow emptying by suction:
- Excess electrolyte fluid inside storage batteries;
- Any liquid that may have overflowed from the storage batteries or leaked through the self-leveling system during refilling and fallen back into the battery housing;
- All liquid contained within the battery cells at the end of the battery’s life, to allow it to be disposed of separately from the electrolyte solution.

Why do I need to use a battery emptier for forklifts?
Any leakage of electrolyte from the battery cells and its accumulation on the body and other parts may cause corrosion on the functional parts of the forklift truck and result in damage and breakdown.
The drainers are easy to use and allow this maintenance to be carried out correctly and safely for the operator.
What are the differences between one emptying model and another?
The difference between one emptying model and another essentially depends on how they operate:
