refilling stations are semi-automatic systems designed to solve the problem of supplying water for refilling in the loading room. They feature several water collection points, facilitating and speeding up refilling operations at the end of trolley loading.<br>They are custom-designed and customized to suit any environment and different refilling needs, and can operate by gravity or with a pressure tank to distribute water. <\/p><p>They are generally formed of<\/p><ol><li>A PP tank with a capacity of 100, 300, 500, or 1000 liters with an electronic float that stops the flow of water from the demineralizer when the tank is full.<br><br><\/li><li>A support bracket for the powder-coated iron cistern for wall or floor installation.<br><br><\/li><li>A PVC pipe drainage system with a final purge kit to remove excess air.<br><br><\/li><li>Multiple water outlets equipped with pressure stabilizers, flow indicators, and male\/female quick couplings that allow for a constant flow of water to the coil, ensuring the correct level.<br>The water points can be made automatic, eliminating the need for operator intervention, by equipping them with a solenoid valve controlled by a timed relay.<br>Where possible, they can be connected directly to the battery charger.<br><br><\/li><\/ol><p>To prevent frost forming in the cistern and pipes, a version with a thermostat is available which maintains the water temperature in the tank at 10\u00b0C, along with a heating cable to wrap around exposed pipes to prevent them from
